"It is not as close to the airport or to public transportation as the post suggests. It’s about a 20-25 min drive to the airport NO traffic and about a 15-20 min walk to public transport.
My only complaint would be that there is only one bathroom with a shower and while we stayed there someone hogged the bathroom for an hour so I was unable to shower for a while until they were out. Delayed the start of our day. Maybe a courtesy sign should be posted alerting ppl to limit their shower time to 15...

"Stayed here for the Boston Marathon as a 23 y/o female and it worked well. The host was kind and responsive. The property was also nice for a home stay situation. I never felt unsafe, each room had a key lock and the bathroom sharing was never a problem. The rooms were spacious and comfortable."

"The room is pretty clean, does need some TLC on the carpet, seems old and dirty. The ac needs its filter cleaned, funny smell when you turn it on. Also, workers needs to be mindful when doing repairs. A worker was drilling at 7am on Memorial's day, work me up and other tenants. Staff is friendly and helpful."
