"Check in was great. Check out was horrible as the bellman did not show up for work at 7am. I finally loaded my luggage myself after waiting 45 minutes. I am partially disabled which was difficult to do"

"Great boutique hotel, we had drinks at the bar and also went to the outdoor patio/courtyard which was lovely! Everything as pictured! The room was spacious as well as the bathroom...loved the complimentary coffee bar on each floor. Great location for all of downtown"
