"My stay was great after maneuvering the road closures due to an event nearby. The location is excellent; across from the Walt Disney Concert Hall. The staff was professional and extremely friendly and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the choice of favorite pillow, extensive. The drinks at the bar were on point, with a beautiful view. The breakfast we had was delectable! It was a wonderful stay!"

"This is the second time I’ve stayed at the Aiden and both times the rooms have had mold on the windows . The AC was broken and sounded like a lawn mower. When I complained to staff they said “Oh No” monotone, lackluster and in unison seeming very disingenuous. They also stopped doing breakfast. No point in staying."

"メトロブルーライン、イエローラインのHistoric Brodway駅から徒歩5分程度とアクセスはとても良いです。ホテル料金が全体的に高めのLAにあって、比較的リーズナブルだと思います。建物や部屋は古く感じましたが、きちんと清掃してありました。ただエアコンはアメリカ特有の大型のもので型も古く、冷房にかなり大きな音をたてていました。 緑茶のティーバッグが置いてあり、ちょっとした気配りが嬉しいですね。Little Tokyo方面に向かうと、日本食やラーメン屋さんが多くあります。"

"For a 4-5 star hotel, it was disappointing that to see the lack of amenities in the bathroom. Only a small tube of moisturiser provided, not even a shower cap. Yes, shampoo and body wash in the bath. The air conditioning in our room didn’t cool the room and issue wasn’t resolved until Day 2 of a 3 day stay. The WiFi didn’t work in the room for our entire stay, even after complaining about it. We had left our luggage with the Bell Captain on check-out and had to wait 30mins when returned a couple...
