Ended up there in the busiest week ever in Dortmund I think Staff was lively, breakfast is an added bonus. Room was fresh, clean and I was very happy to have a comfy bed and a place to hang my hat while working in dortmund

We had an amazing experience at Hampton by Hilton Dortmund Phoenix See. All the way, from the check in right through the last day at this hotel we enjoyed our stay very much. All staff is very attentive and easy to deal with, the facilities are very new and easily accessed. Over all we rate this place 10 out of 10.

Hampton Inn Par excellent service
The hotel is excellent so are the staff very very efficient and helpful . Breakfast was very good with an excellent variety and never running empty. Checkout very pleasant and helpfull by reconfirming our onward flight booking.

Der Service war schrecklich.. die haben kein Wasser im Zimmern gestellt .. hab angerufen und wasser bestellt und trotzdem haben die abgelehnt, dass jemanden mir wasser ins Zimmer bringt. Einfach schrecklich

Nice hotell, good beds (but only one pillow per person…). Would like to have a fridge in the room. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff. Some cocktails in the bar would be nice. Overall a nice stay.
