"Terrible hotel. We paid $140 for a two-night stay, but we left immediately after seeing the room. The bed sheets were dirty and had blood stains on them. Although the hotel agreed to issue a refund, we have still not received our money. Very disappointing experience."

"The staff at the reception made me pay in cash a "tourism fees" of 7156 fcfa that corresponded to the exact fees that I already paid. She did not take the time to check my invoice. And the invoice showed the double payment clearly. I intend to discuss this amount."
