"My stay at this hotel was definitely an interesting experience. The hotel is decent and conveniently located near the airport and downtown.
There were a few frustrating situations, mainly due to communication and inconsistent information from staff. I was told braiders were allowed to come to the hotel, but later a housekeeper became upset when I had one in my room. I also had a few uncomfortable interactions with an older restaurant employee, including being asked for money after room service...

"The hotel refused to accept my Hotels.com itinerary and asked me to pay again. Suggestion that Hotels.com was a scam. They didn’t even offer to call you and resolve the issues. I basically spent 30-45 minutes calling Hotels.com to ask them to call the hotel. Terrible service, terrible harassment."

"Extremely disappointing stay — listing is highly inaccurate
We spent 13 nights here for our honeymoon and were deeply disappointed. The property listing is very misleading: it claims there are six pools, but there is only one small pool (with no deck chairs or seating) and no garden area at all.
