"Ibiris Hotel did exceed my expectations. The staff were helpful and accommodating. Tried to help where they could although would help to have someone who can speak English working there. Breakfast was decent. Well planned. Limited on space but always clean. Rooms were fairly clean and more spacious than I expected based on reviews. Towels could have been a bit cleaner (they were washed but stained) Would have been good to have a cupboard in the room, kettle, iron as basic necessities. Overall...

"Je suis dessus de la réservation en ligne car on m’a fait payer les 2 chambres à la réception en me confirmant que l’Hotel avait résilié la Convention avec Expédia et qu’il fallait payer sur place soit disant aucune confirmation de notre réservation !! "

"Nice, comfortable, very clean hotel, just a short distance from the center of town and sights of interest. Staff were friendly and helpful, but perhaps not entirely accustomed to dealing with tourists. Wi-fi in the rooms wasn't as strong as it could have been. Overall, though, a good choice."
