"The lady who runs the breakfast area in the morning is first class. She is amazing. The food is great and well prepared. It’s a buffet style breakfast with plenty of options. My wife and I have 3 little kids and they can be a handful when trying to feed them in the morning. This woman offered to make all their plates and was sweet about it. People like her are rare. She is the best. I highly recommend this Holiday Inn for your stay. "

"This hotel needs some maintenance upgrades. The carpet in the hotel was filthy. They toilet, barely flush in our TV did not work."

"We had to wait multiple times to speak to someone at the front desk. I don't know if they were understaffed, but it felt empty. The hotel and our room was very warm when we checked in. The cleanliness of our room seemed appropriate, but the next day there was a huge cockroach in the room. For some reason, I wasn't surprised due to warmth of the hotel. We only stayed for one night, so we were checking out when we saw the roach. We've stayed at this location a few years ago without issues, but we will not return here next time we are in town."
