"Service here is horrible. We were a group of 8 and stayed in two rooms. We got 2 Towels in one room and 1 towel in second room. I went to request for more towels and they were unable to help us for the first two nights. They gave one more towel for each room on the third morning. They did not clean the room for 2 days. I will never ever book this hotel again and do not recommend it."

"This is a beautiful property! It is tucked away in a lovely area with lots of natural beauty. The room was very clean! The bed was really comfortable and beautifully made up with lovely bedding/pillows and such soft sheets. My favorite was the bathroom, with a gorgeous stone/pebble tiled shower and rain shower head with the perfect amount of water pressure. We will be back! "Our first room smelled of weed badly, so we were switched to a new room. The condition of the second room was bad too, hair on the beds and stains on the floor. The furniture was old and worn. I had to sanitize the room myself, it also smelled like bleach and our sink clogged. We had to be moved again. The staff seemed friendly and tried to “upgrade” us, but the upgraded room was the same room condition only it smelled slightly better. We decided to try to stick it out. The pool at least was...

"Nicely updated, but same low rate. Good breakfast. That area of town has also been renewed making it very walkable. We enjoyed an evening stroll down by the college. However, there's some street noise from occasional loud cars and mototcycles at night which woke me up a couple times."

"Did not clean between the last guest and us. Pubes in the bed, bathroom and shower. Whole room smelled like sweat and cigarettes. Hookers in and out of the hotel most of the evening. This place is actually terrible. Worst hotel I’ve ever seen"

"The hotel was very centrally located. It was very clean, with plenty of parking and a nice indoor pool. The breakfast room was also very clean and offered a good variety of items to eat. However, it would be nice if the breakfast hours were extended until 10:30 A.M. If I had to give a recommendation, it would be to put a sign above the brochure stand stating that reservations are required to visit Burney Falls. Overall, the highlight of our stay was their friendly staff."

Heather and Alex They were remodeling and only inconvenience was getting new tv to get reconnected and easily done over phone… Hot water needed a little regulating but didn’t interfere with having a good shower just dialed to cold and it was warm and felt good pressure… Pool area clean and even had a barbeque you could use very clean."
