"I didn't care for the check in process or check out. I get why there are kiosks for checking in becausethere are so many people, but it's very impersonal. I had to check out quickly because my flight changed. I put my card in the bin, but couldn't pick up anything on the code and it was too early to ask anyone at the desk. I called from the airport but I don't know if they actually checked me out and I didn't get charged any late fees."

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"Easy check in, Hotel was clean, rooms were spacious and AC worked well. Cleaning staff came every day and cleaned room well. Resturants were plenty and had good food, pool was awesome, plenty of chairs. Had a great time. Would definitely return."

"The staff were friendly and helpful, but the elevators were constantly out of service, which resulted in long wait times. It also didn’t make sense to be charged a service fee at checkout. Guests already pay a significant amount to stay at the hotel, so adding another fee at the end felt unreasonable."

"This Resort has been going dwn hill little by little, this was our third year in a row coming for our summer vacation. Sadly we will be looking else where for the future. Paid extra for a tapa ocean view room. And was put into a rainbow tower marina room. Room had a humid smell to it and carpet had wet spots in multiple areas. Pools are over crowded by non hilton residents."
