"In the Midtown neighborhood of ATL. Walking distance to known spots and local restaurants and cafes range from 5 minutes to 12 minutes driving. 4 minutes to walk to the Savannah College of Art and Design. The rooms are very spacious. The living room and kitchen are a great size, so 2-3 people don't feel cramped. Very easy parking all day. Thanks for having us!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. One thing that stood out immediately was how peaceful and comfortable it felt, even while being in the middle of downtown Atlanta. After long days of sightseeing and exploring the city, it was the perfect place to recharge. The views from the high-rise added a special touch and made our mornings and evenings feel a little more memorable.

"The spectrum is nice, and a great location. The unit could’ve used a little maintenance, mainly lightbulbs out and a few other small things. Nothing major. The room was clean and roomy for one. I definitely stay there again."
