"I love the pool and exercise room access, breakfast was amazing"

"Great location to United center and probably best price for a hotel without being in an area you’ll be stabbed right away. Just 2 blocks away from the blue line for easy access back into the city. Only one elevator so gets really busy after a concert or event since most people staying there are at said event. Very clean and staff were very nice. 24/hr covered parking right next door at a reasonable price."

The staff was always extremely friendly, even when my room card had issues very late at night they were more than happy to help. They had extra security in the elevators with a room card scanner to reach the upper floors which I appreciated, I felt very safe overall and I would recommend to anyone looking for an easy and well priced place to stay"

"Place was okay, definitely wouldn’t book here again. The rooms have a certain hospital odor & the furniture/rooms are really outdated. Definitely gives me early 2000s vibes. We booked last minute since we didn’t want to drink & drive back home. But for any tourist looking for a good place to stay. This is not it. Also the noise level is high since it’s right by the expressway."

"Clean room, comfortable bed, great location. Quick check-in, helpful staff. Very dark lobby and hallways. Elevator floors were grungy. Overall, really needs a refresh with updated decor, lighting."

"This place was very different and unique; a true B&B experience. Parking was difficult, but once we got our spot we used public transportation everywhere. The nearest bus stop and train station are a ten minute walk. After we got our room we were given a tour of the property and told of all the amenities available to us (of which there were several)."
