"It is a lovely property with an excellent location. The pool was perfect for cooling down and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Booking in last minute on a public holiday made the check-in a little fraught, but it all worked out. The unit itself was nice, but the kitchen is very sparsely equipped and a lot of the kitchen utensils were put away dirty, which was unfortunate. We couldn’t get Wifi during our entire stay, so have a good data package. "

"We were informed of a water leak in the kids bedrooms upon checkin via a letter. From the water stains, it is not recent & could have been disclosed weeks ago. We had no choice but to put up with the leak with beach towels to absorb it. We were then slugged with an extra fifty bucks on checkout even though we left the kitchen clean and even ran the diswasher. The host hung up on me when I asked for photo evidence of her claim of a “filthy kitchen”. The operators are dodgy so be very careful...
