"The room was clean. The staff were nice and helpful especially the front desk staff. The location cannot be beat, it is just a few minutes walk to both Lenox Mall( right across the street), Phipps Mall a straight side walk, stroll of under 5 minutes, Grocery store 3 minutes walk, several restaurants and mall food pavilions. We really liked the hotel for it’s value for money so much that when we needed to extend our time in Atlanta we chose to just extend our booking and it was all handled seamlessly by the front desk staff. We will be back."

"The property was awesome. Very clean, great front desk person. The shuttle, not so much. We had to load our own bags, after our flight, and they rolled everywhere. The guy Never helped to load or unload. That was our arrival at night. Then the morning shuttle, again we loaded and unloaded our own bags, while the driver sat there. Very inappropriate. We have taken many a shuttle and the drivers have been VERY HELPFUL. Very disappointing country inn and suites. You need to get less lazy drivers. . . "
