"The stay at the property started out on a bad note. The staff person at the check in counter was both rude and uninviting. No smile, no Hello welcome. If I was the manager of the property, I would have fired him on the spot."

Hotel also had signs everywhere saying they had a gift shop they did not. The hotel (which was a suite!!!) did not have a microwave, bathtub or movie channels (called front desk and they said they did not have it). Their were no booklets where to go to eat, I called the kitchen one time could not get food because the burners were out. Food very expensive...
