"This motel is the worst place ever. It's disgusting, roaches, mice and rooms with neon green signs on room doors stating CONDEMNED. Unlivable, unsafe. Once I seen my NASTY room I immediately left and had to check into the Comfort Inn. I contacted Expedia for a refund. "

"Avoid this place at all costs. Sleep in the car if you must. The front desk representative was not helpful. I did not even check into the property. He was asking me to pay again, even though I had a receipt that showed I pre-paid...and he was not asking me to pay "incidentals". He was asking for the same rate that was previously debited from my account. He claimed "it says pay at property" but would not show me where it said that. "None of hallways, elevator or stairways were air-conditioned. Broken ice maker on our floor. Free breakfast was bread slices, bagels, English muffins, miniature muffins , cereal. All carbs. 6:30 to 9:30 not impressed.
Very congested traffic all day every day.
Will not return to Rehoboth Beach as there is no parking even at $4 an hour.
Couldn’t get near the beach. Very over populated area. Mid-July trip."
