The rooms were very clean and decorated so cute ! Easy to check in and it was nice that you can take their bikes out !

Great property. Extremely dog-friendly, highly recommend if you are traveling with your little companions. Staff was very kind and helpful. Location was perfect for shopping and visiting the beach by foot.

Receptionist was pleasant and informative on the area. The location was walkable for the beach and shopping, etc., nearby. A plus to find accommodations with our dog, with rooftop sitting area. The availability of bikes was an advantage. The property was clean, accommodating with individual parking available. Definitely would return.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience and time at the hotel. Our dog was very happy too! The hotel had great amemities, was clean, had guaranteed parking, was in a great location close to the beach and main area in Cape May in addition the dog park was across the hotel. The staff was very friendly, exceptionally responsive, and courteous to our needs. We will come back and highly recommend it!

We loved our stay! From kind workers to a quiet, clean room it was perfect. Very cute atmosphere and dog-friendly. Was a short 5 minute walk away from any fun activities, along with being a peaceful getaway when we needed time to relax.

This was our first trip to Cape May NJ. Was looking for a pet friendly hotel. Found this wonderful small hotel that was in walking distance to the Washington Mall and great restaurants. The staff were very helpful with giving advice on pet friendly restaurants. When we checked in they had a dog cookie for our pup. There were dog water bowls in front of the office and the water was always fresh. At 4:00 they had a small happy hour. The hotel had a roof top patio that was so comfy to just sit and enjoy. Across the street from the hotel was a dog park. Our pup enjoyed her time meeting other friends. The room was comfortable and clean. There was a fridge and microwave. There was also coffee and tea in the room. My husband found a great little coffee shop which was a short walk from the hotel. There was plenty of towels in the room. The bathroom had items from the shore shop. Used most of them and the smell was not overwhelming. If you are going to Cape May please consider staying at the Boarding Hotel.

From the moment we arrived, the Boarding House transported us to a beach weekend paradise! 😎 Absolutely amazing at every moment and most pleasing - serious next level cleanliness, the faint aroma of bleach and a spotless environment at every moment. The lobby, the grounds, but our room- was honestly- absolutely immaculate! 🫧🫧🫧 The rooms are decorated with a chill, beach feel and the mood sets you into beach weekend chill mode. 🌊 The hotel staff are visible, friendly, and Camille is outstanding- she set a tone of relaxation that we felt all weekend long! 😎✨️ Even better, our dog was welcomed with open arms, there are amenities for dogs and many other room guests had their dogs with them too, creating a peaceful, dog loving vibe, that really felt good as a dog owner. 😊🐾❤️⛱️ We can't wait to come back! The Boarding House is close to all the killer shops, restaurants and Washington Square, plus a cool nature trail across the street, and beaches ⛱️ too! We had an amazing weekend!!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The location is perfect for a walk into town and quick drive to the beach. The Boarding House is upscale but not stuffy with a retro-beach vibe. Communication was excellent, and the check-in process was a breeze. Staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the rooftop deck and had cocktail there on our last night. My only criticism is that the parking is a little tight. Overall. Wonderful!
