"No glasses in room. Bathroom sonk defective"

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom sink in room 325 needs to be replaced. The sink itself was cracked and the drain did not run freely - in order to brush your teeth, you had to rinse and drain the sink about four times ."

"Breakfast was excellent. When we stayed it was hard to get at the pool because it was full with little kids right up until closing time of the pool. Kids were loud running up and down the halls I had to get after them myself to tell them people were trying to sleep. This was after 11pm. Otherwise the stay was great and will stay again!!"

"The stay was wonderful. We were on the second floor. Room 225 with a balcony and two chairs with a view toward downtown Moncton 5 min walk. You have a bar on the rooftop 9 floor. Bar 55 that serve breakfast in the morning near the lobby Paid parking 18$/day. The room were clean, large bathroom, you also have the Gahan house restaurant. It was really cozy. I would remove the carpet in the room cause for people’s with allergies carpet is not the best thing to have. We will definitely go back...

"Nice location by the river. The washroom was on the small side. Breakfast was above average. Noisy area for traffic and hall noise was fairly loud, but they did include earplugs in the room."

"The hotel was beautiful and spacious, with a warm and inviting feel with eclectic decor and all the amenities needed for a comfortable getaway. Parking was easy, and the staff was quick to provide support when we accidentally locked ourselves out. It was a perfect stay and we’ll definitely return when back in the area"

"A bit pricy but very clean and well maintained. As depicted/described. There is no front desk but the costumer service line is super responsive and helpful, they even allowed me to check out late. Doesn't have elevator though so I had to carry my bags up the stairs."

"The hotel was nice overall, but the air conditioning did not work in our room. Over the course of the night the room continued to heat up even with the temperature set to 16°. We woke up because of the heat in the middle of the night and couldn't really get back to sleep but it was too late to try and change rooms as we had to check out in the morning."

"Nice place to stay in Moncton, walkable to dining, which is nice when you’re on a roadtrip. Only issue we had was some lights not working so we rearranged the little kitchen table. I would note to the owners that it’s nice the instructions are online; however when the internet goes off ( not sure why it happened but it did) there should be a binder with info as a backup."
