"The staff member I engaged with first was rude and did t care that I had called ahead and there was a note on my account. He never offerd the business working area or to sit in the lobby. I was not impressed initially and the hotel is very dated. Also paid for parking when it never stated anything about that when booking and there wasn’t a parking garage. "

"Our toilet moved when we sat down. It appeared not to be bolted all the way down. The room phone didn't work. Our room was at the end of the hallway near a cleaning supply room and all I heard was continuous banging. The only perk was the check in clerk. I'm sure of her name; however, she was very pleasant. Provided great service and was engaging. She also recommended a great place for dinner."

"We were met by smiling welcoming staff. I was disappointed when I got uo to the room and the room was small and shabby. I paid 4 star money for a room that was 2 stars at best. Its time to rehab this location. Many things were clean but falling apart. *shower door, over all bathroom, room was small, room chair"

"This place is HORRIBLE. SO DIRTY !!!! This place needs to be burnt down. This was the WORSE hotel stay I ever had. I had to clean my own room, It was old blown up balloons under the bed. The shower didn't work and they wouldn't give us any lien. DO NOT STAY HERE !!!"

"The staff was always polite and professional. The beds were super comfortable. There was dated wear and tear through out the property. If possible try to get a room on the top floor so you do not hear the loud stomping overhead by other guest. "

"No amenities, shower had standing water in it , walls and baseboards were dirty, base of the toilet was dirty,and the bathroom mirror had a film over it that you couldn't even see yourself in it. Was quite tho"

"Everything was in good condition. Water pressure is low in shower but thats nothing, the A/C unit worked excellent. That is a Big Plus in My book, Overall it was a good hotel for a good Price"

"We had them come up and look at the cords hanging from the AC, he got it working. Always had to ask for cups. No hot tub but the pool was great. Breakfast got a little boring but we were there for 6 days. The staff was very nice. We really liked Tiffany."

"The rooms were terrible. 1st room on second floor had bed bugs! 2nd room on 1st had dirty sheets and poor water pressure, barely came out! 3rd room dirty shower and hole in wall. Connection room very loud, staff did nothing about it until 4am on second stay. Side door was not secured. Can get in without a key, door just opened. WILL NEVER STAY OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE WVR AGAIN !!!!!!!"

"Room, Major damage, hole in the closet door and more. Dirty, dirty EVERYWHERE, It was so bad I didn't let my feet touch the floor, the bed sheets were clean but that was all, No outlets, 120 or usb, I would've rated the stay an eighth of a star but this interface will not let you. "
