Nice and clean
"Our stay was for only 1 night. It was a smaller older motel but it was clean and didn't smell when you first walk into the room. The air conditioner worked well. For the price and location it was exactly what I expected."

"Only one complaint. We should have asked for a room away from the desk and bar area. We heard people talking loudly until around midnight. Also we heard people outside our window. They must have been at the pickle ball court outside our window. Therefore, our night was rather restless"

"Clean and spacious two bedroom, two bathroom suite accomodated our family needs perfectly for two nights. It also had a full kitchen and washer/dryer for stays of longer duration. Located right next to Washburn University. The cafe in the bottom of the building had friendly service and a great breakfast. ..."
