"Terrible breakfast. There is no breakfast buffet, their online description is highly deceptive and misleading. There was some lukewarm coffee, a few dry bagels, muffins and toast. No eggs, no links, no bacon… nothing warm. Then the manager had the audacity to tell me that I didn’t even qualify for any breakfast since I didn’t book directly with the hotel. "Staff were very helpful prior to my checking in when I had trouble getting to the location and gave me tow truck information. They ensured I got to my destination instead of living out the rest of my days on the side of grandfather mountain. If I could give 10 stars I would."
