The room was clean, breakfast was great, and coffee available all the time was a huge perk. And it was good coffee! I had a great stay and would definitely stay again."

"Awful experience. Hotel renovations were overrunning when I arrived, so hotel was closed. Rudely and without proper explanation was forced to move to a completely different brand hotel, late at night without assistance. Zero compassion from the hotel, zero attempt to apologise, and zero compensation. A huge thumbs down from both the hotel itself, and Hotels.com, who didn't seem to understand or care about the situation either "
