Kasino di Pusat Kota Chicago

"10/10"

"Clean, friendly staff, and nice location."

"Terrible experience. My room was not cleaned for the first three days because they were “understaffed”. There are 18 floors on the property but only one working elevator (I stayed with them for 8 days, so this was not an isolated incident), so it was a mess on peak hours. The breakfast was very very poor and although the staff was nice they didn’t do anything to fix the situation"

"Everything was good"

"Twice had to change room due to smoking smell and front desk was not at all supportive, given she had seen my old parents with me. This is rude and in humane. Seems like a very average rated motel/hotel .. thumbs down from repeat customer for terrible service and front desk lady with attitude. Happened on Oct 31st, 2026."

"Safe parking"

"This is probably one of the cleanest room I have been to this year. Breakfast was delicious; omelet, sausages, juices, etc. Front desk person very attentive. I recommend this hotel. The property is in great condition."

"The hotel is nice. The breakfast is the typical hotel food. Eggs, potatoes, crumbled bacon, or turkey sausage. Our biggest issue was the toilet located in our room's bathroom. When I flushed the toilet, the toilet wouldn't flush all the way. I had to flush it multiple."
