"My room in the Bay Tower was very nice. However, I wss told they have 24 hour golf carts to take you to the marina tower. I tried to get a ride at 510pm and was told they were on break until 540 and that I could use the walkway to get there. Which I did. Then when i tried to get a ride back at 930pm, I was told AGAIN that they were on break and it would be 30-40 minutes to get a ride back to the bay tower. "It’s 5 starts for the price. There are premium hotels around it for double the cost. Rooms were clean. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom has everything you need and was clean.
I didn’t use the pool but it’s big and looked good. SD weather didn’t allow it.
Breakfast wasn’t included but there’s a restaurant there and the coffee was good and the breakfast was excellent. Good Mexican breakfast!
If I had the stay in the area again, I’d pay half price again to stay with Kings"

"They have people living there on a month to month basis, this creates less than comfortable situations when the people next door to your room are getting into domestic violence situations at 3am and you got work at 5am! They should’ve offered me a discount but they didn’t! They didn’t seem surprised those types staying within their property. Other weirdos observed as well!"

"The bed had stains on it.
We checked in around 10/11 am. They said they would text us when the room was ready. That never happened. Instead we went back to the hotel and had to wait in an hour line to be told they didn’t have a room for us at all. The lady had to contact her manager to see if they could even find a room for us. Other guests waiting in line were looking for parking in the city because the hadn’t reserved enough space for them to park even though they had paid for parking. ...
