Hotel Murah di Pusat Kota Concord

"Room was spotless and very nice but shade was broken and wouldn't close so the room was hard to sleep in with the city lights. They offer d to fix it but didn't want someone coming to the room before bed. Amazing location for a show at chubb and wandering the city. Breakfast was pretty terrible- cold eggs, and basically continental. Was hoping for more from a hotel like this. "

"I booked this hotel and When i went to the stay i requested them there will be a dog and they updated it to the dog which was fine, but the guest cancelled the plan and next day i went to the manager and asked her to refund the dog charge and she agreed to refund me once i check out. why are they still charging me for the same when i requested to cancel the dog stay and dog was not there in the hotel as well "

"Room and bathroom were great; bed / pillows so comfortable; love the robes. Breakfast had just the right amount of variety / selections. Elevator was not working but we were ok with stairs. It had been not working in our December visit either. "

"Toilet in room wouldn’t flush properly. The stopper that lets water from the tank into the bowl didn’t close and when it did it wasn’t a perfect seal so it was constantly draining water into the bowl. Overall the bathroom was not dirty but it didn’t feel clean either. Bed was comfortable but two couldn’t comfortably watch tv in bed. Pool was nice, smaller than it looked in the pictures. Overall the hotel got the job done the point was to have a bed to sleep in while in town for work "
