"Everything went wrong with this place but the most frustrating part was the staff. One example is the fact that they sent me to their restaurant in the 2nd floor with a 20% discount that then the restaurant after eating didn’t grant. I told the front desk and they said they were going to discount it when checked out etc. This was a week ago and I am still waiting. "This was a very nice place to stay. The room was clean and new feeling. There were plenty of common spaces where people could gather. The breakfast offered a fair amount of choices.
The cons about this property; unbeknownst to me, it is $62 per night to valet park at this property with no other options provided. While i realize that parking in the city is a challenge, other options should be made available. Also, though there was a fridge in the room, one would be hard pressed to store more...
