"Nice place, convenient to the square but the TV was steaming and it kept freezing up. The desk person did not know what to do and there was not TV instructions in the room and she didn’t have any at the desk. "

"We loved the location of the Helendorf. We could walk around the whole town and be back at the Helendorf within just a few minutes. The room was nice in that it had pretty much everything that you needed. The thing that I wasn't impressed with was the breakfast. I understand that it was mostly grab and go-type items, but I think they should offer yogurt and fresh fruit. The good thing about breakfast was the coffee. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and will more than likely stay at this location...

"It Smelled as soon as you walked in front doors… It was filthy there’s construction going on and it looks like a construction site stuff all over the floors in the elevator. Inside the room, thank goodness the beds were firm. The shower was not clean properly. There was someone else’s hair all over it. Would definitely not recommend or stay there again"

"The room was pretty dirty and gross. The floors were filthy, we dropped some water and cleaned it up with a napkin and there was so much dirt on those floors. The shower had mildew on everything from the shower head to the handle. The tub drain was missing the stopper, the sink drain had no stopper, the toilet seat was chipped, the room always felt wet and the AC took hours to cool the room down at night. The towels were stained. The yogurt at breakfast was expired and the cheerios were stale....
