"First. We were sent to a room on the 5th floor, that was still occupied. We went back downstairs and informed them of this. Then we were told we would receive a room upgrade. Which was ok considering. In the new room. They never came to provide us clean towels or empty the garbage cans. This did make for an uncomfortable stay and and had us thinking about going elsewhere. Also one of the elevators that was needed to take us to our floor, kept hurling as if was going to either drop or get stuck....

"Given the immensity of the hotel and activity in the area, the complex as a whole was well run, quick to register, valet park (in and out) elevators and all operations efficient. The shuttle service on international arrivals is a problem. When arriving at the International F concourse, there is no direct shuttle service to the hotel. Therefore, you waste 45 minutes taking an airport shuttle from the F gates back to the domestic gates, which passes right in front of the property, simply to wait for and take another shuttle to the hotel (or spend $30 on an Uber).
