"We had a great stay during the Nike Nationals meet. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect. Hayward Field is just a short drive away. Whole Foods is across the street and other nearby restaurants were within walking distance. The hotel didn’t have many amenities, but that wasn’t important to us since we spent most of our time at the meet and the excellent location and service more than made up for it. Breakfast was grab and go and very simple."

"For the exorbitant price of this room you would expect the carpets not to be stained. The “hot” water was only lukewarm, hardly any pressure, Stained carpets in the hallways and room. Vomit in several places in the parking lot. For the cost and the Hilton name, was extremely dissatisfied and would never stay here again."

"This room is very very loud, the window frames are rotting and if opened very dirty. This allows all the noise in from the street and trains. The owner was sarcastic when we complained, however the customer service contact was prompt when the AC broke. They offer foam ear buds so it’s suggestive that we are not the first to raise the issue. We were given a refund but not what we asked for as the owner was unpleasant to deal with."

"I booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. We arrived to dirty, bug-infested rooms. Since it was late, our only choice was to use the hotel or sleep in our cars. Judging by the sketchy neighborhood, it was honestly a toss-up. The kids didn't appreciate getting bitten by bugs all night. The bathrooms needed major upgrading. I hope we didn't catch any black mold. In the morning we could see just how gross and dilapidated the rooms were, so we left as soon as we could. The front desk staff were...

"The guy at the front desk upgraded our room to a river view upon check in. Very friendly staff. We loved using the bikes to ride the path along the river. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping."

"The older section of the hotel is not wheelchair accessible. When I checked in, I asked whether there was an elevator for my elderly mother, but I was told there was not because I had booked through Expedia. I was informed that guests who book through Expedia are placed in rooms in the older building, which does not have an elevator. I feel this should have been clearly disclosed on Expedia before I made my reservation. It gave the impression that guests who book through third-party sites are...
