"The hotel is very beautiful, and the check‑in process was fairly quick. However, the room did not meet expectations: there was a lot of mold in the shower, dirty stains on the floor, and the windows were extremely dirty. The cleanliness of the room needs urgent improvement."

"I’m a travel advisor so usually I take pictures of the room I’m staying in, but this was an impromptu trip and I was with my kids, so I didn’t. The pull out bed (on the bottom of the couch) was dirty, and so was the couch (crumbs, lint, dirt) so we didn’t use it. That wasn’t a big deal, but it was annoying because I had three kids with me and planned on using the couch as a bed. There was a moth in my room. "It was everything we could’ve wanted. We were looking for a nice place where we could just walk around Dahlonega for the weekend. It was perfect. We will definitely come back!"

"The property was clean, it was close to everything. The bathroom was a little dirty. The elevator was not working, we were on the second floor, the gentleman behind the counter did carry one of my bags for me. Breakfast was good, bed was comfortable. I was there for two nights did not use the pool, for the price it was ok."
