"We experienced a serious safety issue during our stay. The shower head was not securely fastened and fell off without me even touching it. When it detached, it broke part of the ceramic fixture, which then fell onto my foot and caused a bleeding injury. I am currently pregnant, which made the situation especially concerning. This appears to be a maintenance oversight that should have been identified and addressed prior to guest arrival, particularly at a five-star property. Additionally, a staff member indicated that this type of issue “happens all the time,” which raises further concerns about ongoing safety standards. I will not be returning to this hotel. "

"This is a First Class Hotel. Its Colonial charm was brimming with over 100 years of history. It’s charming and classy. No detail was spared from the welcome package and fruit plate to charming decor. The pool is relaxing with many refreshment options. Location all and auto walk to all the major attractions the city has to offer. The only downside was construction on the river across the street so I wouldn’t recommend the street facing rooms instead take a pool view and you won’t be disappointed "

"This Winsuits Saigon hotel looks like a high end hotels in the America. Large and clean spacious room with a lot of storage for clothes and luggage. Good amenities as Qtips, hair cover for the shower, toothbrush, shampoo and hair conditioner. The bathroom is very clean. However, the room I had combined bath tub and shower. But the glass door cover for the whole bathtub and shower is just covered half of the tub. So every time, we took the shower, the water flashed all over the edge of the bathtub and then ran down to the bathroom floor! I had to use all the towels to stop the flow. I mentioned this issue with the hotel staff. But for sure, they could not do any about that due to lack of planning and design this kind of shower and bathroom without completely having the glass enclosure. That is big minus point for the bathtub and shower stall bathroom. The room with only shower stall is fine. We have no complaints about this hotel except the issue stated above. Hotel staff is helpful and friendly. Buffet restaurant is decorated beautifully and has western and Vietnamese food and variety of drinks and fresh food. You can not complain about this hotel. But do not pick the room with bathtub and shower."

"An excellent hotel in a great location. However facities for dinner were not the best. We wanted a sit down restaurant with internation food. Other than the buffet, we found the food just average."

"This property is very nice and the rooms were clean, neat and modern. The two on site restaurants were excellent and the breakfast buffet was amazing. Views from the 28th floor lobby were outstanding! The hotel location was right across the street from the Market and only a 1/4 mile from Ho Chi Minh square and the river. Pool area was nice. My only complaint is that the pool closes at 8pm, ha! Other then that we would DEFINITELY stay here again. You can not go wrong with this property! "
