"Fantastic breakfast accommodating for vegan diet with special requests arranged with no extra charge, amazing fresh fruit and really kind staff. The hotel could do with some refurbishment in the rooms but everywhere else the facilities are great and clean. Some prices in the restaurants are quite high for Bali within the resort but you can walk for 10 minutes to the shopping centre where there are great and authentic restaurants with much better prices. Overall we had a great stay."

The room was beautiful and clean, we had a fantastic ocean view. "We had an excellent stay there. Hotel and rooms are modern and very well maintained. All the amenities are on par with other chain hotels with great facilities such as the gym and spa. Breakfast is as also fantastic. The staff in all aspects of service was outstanding in their attentiveness and politeness. The area is full of shopping and other activities as the beach is just a 3-5 minutes walk from the hotel. Highly recommend for a family stay."
