"Another great evening at the Brown Hotel for my son and I. The helpful & friendly staff really make it a treat to stay here. We had a late dinner in the lobby, and as usual the food was excellent. Our room had a really nice view. The front desk staff always had friendly greetings. The car valet man gave us a short history lesson of the hotel while we were enjoying the 'museum/historical archive' room. "The hotel is very clean, elegant, and well maintained. The rooms and common areas feel upscale, and the service throughout my stay was excellent.
My only complaint is the pool. It is extremely small for the size of the hotel, and it seemed to be oversold to outside guests. There were simply too many people in such a small space, making it impossible to relax or enjoy the pool. If the pool is one of the reasons you’re choosing this hotel, it’s something to keep in mind.
