"This was my favorite hotel I’ve stayed in. The staff were amazing, the pool was nice, the lobby was beautiful, and our room was spacious and clean. The day we were there, they served afternoon snacks and drinks (only on Wednesdays), which was a great touch. I would 100% stay here again!"

"When booking your next trip, make sure what time is the shuttle running. Expedia booked the whole trip with shuttle. Once arrived with family at the airport half hour earlier than scheduled flight, we contacted the hotel and were informed that there are no more shuttles. Had to order Uber to get to the hotel. When I contacted Expedia, I was told that the shuttle is complimentary, which I understand, but it would be nice to know that only during certain time during the day. Not satisfied at all."

"Amazing rooms, comfortable King beds, loved the views from my room, and the replenishment daily of coffee and water.
Hotel gym had a great selection of weights, weightlifting, machines, and cardio equipment. I also love that the Starbucks was connected directly to the hotel. We did eat breakfast at the restaurant once, it was just OK. It wasn’t great for the price. Otherwise, the hotel itself was gorgeous and the rooms were quiet."

"The Staff especially Tara, Tierra, and Christian, were very helpful.
We checked in late, around 9pm, on Sunday evening and everything was closed.
They helped use find a great takeout place and had it delivered to our hotel.
They were just what we need after a long day of driving.
Sometimes it’s just a smiling face is all you need to feel relaxed and welcomed.
The hotel was just an overnight stop for us, but after experiencing the TowePlace Suites, by Marriott,

"Property was nice! Room was as expected! Valet/service was much to be desired! Room service snd bar service was some of the worst I’ve ever encountered! Was told by room service they had water; but if I wanted then I had to come get them myself! She wasn’t delivering them! Bartender in the hotel lounge was so bad it was laughable!! Told us she was doing us a favor by waiting on us! Lost her mind when I ask for 3 small bowls to put nuts in so our party of eight didn’t have to pass around the same...
