"Check-in was excellent very courteous with an upgrade. But from that point on everything went downhill. Half the channels on the TV didn’t work. I could not hook up my cable box to watch some sports when I came back.
And when I left, there were deep puddles everywhere, especially right at the front entrance and by the time I got to my vehicle, my feet were soaked and the person behind the counter in the morning didn’t seem to give a hoot "
