"The rooms are small but comfortable, and the bed and pillows are very comfortable! Location is great, front-desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The exercise gym is spacious and well-designed, looking onto a small patio. This is my second stay at this hotel and I would book it again when returning to downtown Madison."

"Everyone was. Exceptional. Our room was beautiful. Our check in person was excellent throughout. The building and plants/flowers were very well maintained. Nice to have breakfast included but my 1 and only complaint was that the eggs were cold. All else was spot on!"
