"Always our favorite place to stay. They are so welcoming and very communicative. Amazing breakfast and the rooms are always clean and so lovely. Excellent communicating about checking in and parking and any other details. The beds are so comfortable too. And the location is so easy if visiting a student in campus or in town for an event. Highly recommend."

"I did not have a good stay. An accumulation of small inconveniences added up. Climate control unit had some kind of wrapper in the fan and would randomly make noise in the middle of the night. I should have switched rooms. I booked a 1-king and was given a 2-queen room. The complimentary water bottles were not restocked. Nothing was level in the construction. The door to the safe would swing open and bang my shins. The door to the shower would slowly roll open, I stuffed a wash cloth in the...

"Staff was great and we loved the location. I would let people know that there are rooms above a cafe. We would have asked for a different room if we had known, but it wasn't too loud in the morning. "

"Parking is very convenient in a crowded part of the city with limited parking. It's free and in the basement. Not a lover of the decor, but that's a personal choice and has nothing to do with the overall function of the hotel. My biggest complaint is the odd choice of their room doors. They are extremely heavy and have a spring action shut to them that makes them slam automatically, causing a huge "bang" all through the hall even if you try to close the door quietly. Not sure why it has to be so...

"I told the front desk staff that we were very sensitive to noise and the lady at front desk gave me the room on the first floor right next to the public bathrooms. I asked whether this was going to be quiet, and she reassured me and said yes. People were using that bathroom since 6:30 am, and I could hear everything. Maybe it was my fault for trusting her but please maybe just be a little more thoughtful next time. Btw, there were other rooms available. Also breakfast eggs tasted funky. "
