"As far as we could tell, was the only place downtown that had free parking and only 25 for pet fee. The place was very clean and could tell how hard the cleaning crew worked at keeping it that way. Same breakfast as everywhere. We would definitely stay again if we ever went back to Memphis. "

"There was no gym. The air conditioner was insufficient and took 12 hours to get the room temp from 78 to 77 degrees. The trim door wouldn’t open unless you threw your body against it with full force. No safety latch or evacuation map on the door. Hot water ran out after 4 minutes. No towels in the entire hotel for 3 days! We had to shower in cold water and dry off with the only two washcloths available. Terrible, run down conditions. Do not stay here!"
