"The parking information was TERRIBLE & the exit ticket didn't work twice; my husband was refused exit, walked all the way back to the hotel and was told "they couldn't do anything." He went back to the parking and expressed his frustration (loudly!) whereby the lady let him leave. We paid $105 for this "privilege" after one desk person told us he wouldn't charge us, but when we checked out the next person said we would be charged. I expected to be charged so that wasn't an issue, just a bit...

"Very friendly team right across all areas. Smart and stylish hotel. Great amenities with lovely outdoor pool and hot tub area. We had a fabulous room on the 27th floor with amazing views. Breakfast was delicious and good options available. Healthy and tasty, all prepared in your eyesight. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend."

"When we checked in, we noticed lobby was very warm. Were allowed into the room 2 hours ahead of nornal checkin, so that was nice. Received our keys and went to our room only to find out it was 88 degrees and the AC wasn't working. We went to the desk and they explained the Central AC in the hotel wasn't working and they were having trouble getting someone to come in and work on fixing it. We went to the baseball game and then we came back, the temp had fallen to 85. Checked back with the front...
