"Need update their pull out beds. My body was touching the metal on the pullout couch. I did not sleep too good. The Internet was slow. "Driving up to the property there was no Quality Inn sign - or temporary sign. I assumed they had just purchased a Super 8. When I arrived just before midnight they told me that the room I’d purchased was sold out and then tried to upsell me. I refused and they finally gave in. "Room had a strong odor. Smelled like smoke but it’s a nonsmoking room. No hot water both days. Couldn’t wait to get home to shower. Everyone complained about it so I didn’t want to say anything. Floor was peeling up all over. We stay a few times a year and it’s been declining. But this was unacceptable. Probably the last time we stay there. The place next door is a lot cheaper in price. If I’m choosing crap I will choose the cheaper one."

"I wish I had read the reviews before booking this hotel because, unfortunately, many of the negative reviews reflected my experience.
As soon as I walked into the room, it felt very hot and muggy and had a strong odor that reminded me of an old, poorly maintained building. The room appeared unclean, and it looked as though the floors had not been properly swept or mopped. The walls and interior showed significant wear and gave the impression that upkeep had been neglected.
