"This was our second time here and thank goodness because they tried to put us in a room half the size of what we paid for (without the kitchenette we planned on utilizing). The desk staff (a manager, no less) was not kind in helping us resolve this and blamed Expedia, telling us to call them “to have them fix it” (?!), and also that they were out of suites. We stood our ground and - what do you know! - they “found” an available suite for us… like we’d paid for. Checkout was equally horrible. ...

"I love having my own space, especially with my dog. They were okay with her barking during the day and when I would stay at the resorts they would call or text me to come get her even though she was doing what dogs do. The staff were very sweet and got us anything we needed. The cottages do not have an ocean view but it is one block from it. The only thing that frustrated me were the televisions. There were 2 remotes for each TV and we never could figure out the living room TV. Even with help!"

"Older place but Our room was clean. Beach view was great. Location perfect next to the 2nd Ave pier. Staff was friendly.
Hot tub warm but no jets. the pool splash pad and lazy river were good. There were limited chairs around the pool and no pool towels offered
Plenty of ice from the multiple-ice machines
The staff were wonderful and let us swim while we waited to check in and then let us check in early once our room was ready. Super thankful for that ability.

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. The rooms are disgusting and look nothing like they look on the pictures online. "Location is great. Overall stay was good
Some issues we had:
• Elevators in the parking garage need to be serviced. We were stuck in one because the doors didn’t open. After a minute or so I was able to pull it open and exit.
• The mattresses and living room chairs are very outdated. The mattresses need to be changed out for sure.
• There was a lot of cigarette and marijana smoke in the parking garage elevators and on other balcony’s that made sitting on our balcony hard to do."
