"Absolutely loved the location and amenities. We are already planning a trip back and plan to stay here again. Staff was exceptionally friendly and always willing to help, even with special requests. The location is amazing, you can hear the rapids as soon as you step out of your room. One of the more beautiful locations we have stayed."

"Vending machines were poorly stocked, breakfast was weak, and staff was not helpful at all. Only benefit is that it is close to the Falls."

"Excellent and friendly staff. Kenny at the front desk was superb - polite, friendly, helpful and fast when checking in! Excellent location as it’s walkable everywhere with great eating places as well."

"The staff was really nice, it was the best part, the room was okay, the trash cans were small, they dont have water in bottle for breakfast or in the room, you have to pay for it, the homes around dont feel that safe and is a good 20 minutes walk from the hotel to Niagara falls."

"The pictures of the rooms are very deceiving. The rooms are not nicely painted. The beds might as well been on a floor. In the pictures the beds looked like they sat up higher. The room had a mildew smell which made the blankets and pillows smell. When you took a shower the water barely got warm. The only thing that was good was the Starbucks."

"Dan & Jamie were very kind and nice, and communication with them was excellent. The room was very clean, and the atmosphere felt dreamy. The street was also very quiet and nice. It was only a 15-minute walk to Niagara Falls. They prepared an amazing breakfast for us. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again."

"The hotel room was clean. The complementary water bottle was completely empty. Our door was very difficult to shut. The bathroom door was also problematic. The bathroom was humid/damp and stayed that way for the 24 hour stay. Overall for the price, it could have been much better."

"Very bad customer service. Employees are not nice not professional. ( especially front desk employees) I asked one extra towel they said why ? .Room was leaking I complained. I’m not recommended."

"The bathtub was clogged, I complained to the front desk , they came and did something & said it will not drain but the 2 days we stayed had the issue unsolved. We had to bath with the flooded water inside bathtub.There was no electric points in approachable locations. The bed spreads were smelling. Drinking water is chargeable which I think should be available free since its the most essential. Overall we didn’t feel good staying there. I need a 50 percent refund."

"Closer to the Falls on Grand Island. You have to go through the toll bridge every time you have to go visit the Falls. Appeared safe for families with kids. Buratta is fine with finger food option."
