The staff was super friendly and willing to help out with any requests. The parking was only $5 a night which was not bad but this may vary depending on the time of the year.
The cleanliness could have been a lot better, we had some fruit flies in our room and some of the high touch areas did not seem to be properly wiped down in addition to hair in the shower when we checked in.
The rooms are much smaller than they look online which is okay but it would have been nice if the desk did not face the bed. If I was working while my partner was sleeping the light from my screen directly faced the bed.
There is also almost no noise dampening from the hallway, we could stand on the opposite side of the room from the door and have a clear conversation through the door. This did not impact us since the hotel was mostly empty and we were in the corner but I can imagine this would be hard for those with young children or light sleepers.
The restaurant was closed since we were there on the off season (late April) but this was noted on the IHG website. The complimentary breakfast was your typical waffles, oatmeal, bread, dry cereal, yogurt, and hard boiled eggs. I wish the items were labeled with allergens/dietary restrictions as we are both vegan and were unsure of the ingredients so we were limited to plain oatmeal and fruit.
The location was convenient to get to the US side of Niagara Falls and was centrally located enough that we were able to walk most places.
