"Overall the stay was good. Some minor issues that didn’t bother me much but other people might care. The room was very clean which is what I care the most about. Parking was very easy. The hotel has some charm and the rooms are very basic. The bed was pretty firm which was not a problem for us but if you don’t like firm beds this is not the place for you. "Was close proximity to the casino and short travel time to Mystic plus the price but definitely good but needs an upgrade ..bathroom shower has seen a better days and cleaner days. Staff was pleasant enough. But room had an odor.. took off bed cover with big white spots and bathroom shower not clean enough. One tv for bedroom and partitioned off living room."

"Pretty outdated and not kept very well. Lots of patching throughout the walls and ceilings. Wide gaps in the room door and you can’t close the blackout curtains, only the sheer set. Shower floor was stained orange. Toilet overflowed from one piece of tissue multiple times spilling water through the entire bathroom floor and out into the room. "Our lunch on our arrival date was not as smooth as I expected. The server seemed new, maybe? and the bartender couldn't get one of our drinks to taste as it should. We were 4 but our server never noticed we only had 2 place settings so we had to get up and get them ourselves. Breakfast the next day was fine but again a bit off. One person asked for Earl Gray tea but was told they were out of it. However there was plenty in the station as you walk in where you get get your own coffee and tea. ...

"DEAD BUGS AND COBWEBS under floor level AC, broken table leg, peeling counters, dirty bathroom and running toilets. We didn't even stay the night!! Took a better look when we got back from our event and left the key in the drop box and drove home! Tried to contact hotel and acted like it was no big deal. DEAD BUGS. DONT STAY HERE!!"
