"The room was good. The bed was horrible. Felt I was sliding off bed. The TV was a problem with volume but the next day, housekeeping fixed it. Breakfast was ok, typical breakfasts at hotels. The HUGE problem I had and not everyone will experience this but we went to pool & hot tub and there were two teenage girls in there and one girl in the hot tub was peeling off the paint and girl in pool doing the same thing. We were in hot tub and girl from pool came and both picking paint. They then went to pool to pick some more and then just started screaming over and over. We left. No respect."

"Elevator smelled mildewy. Room 314. Smelled mildewy and stale- Carpet very stained. Wall mirror had broken hanger and was sitting on the floor. Bedroom cable slid into the wall so no tv in there for our stay. 32” flatscreens- Kitchenware old, bent, stained & scratched. Had microwave over the stove but another huge one on the only counter space in the kitchen. No useable space. Duvets were stained and the duvet covers were being used as bedspreads instead of the duvets being in them-weird. Staff was friendly, said they’d send maintenance up but no one ever showed. Sad because location is good, could be a very nice place with a little bit of effort, we bought cleaners and air fresheners, even put one in the elevator. Pool area was nice and we liked the adults only time- that’s always appreciated, Though advertised with limited room service and restaurant on site, restaurant closed and has obviously been closed for a minute-"

"Very clean and spacious rooms! We loved how close the walk is to the beach. It's next door to a couple gift shops and you can walk across the street for donuts and coffee. The pool was clean and warm! It was pretty small much to our disappointment. But still nice so expect it to be always in use. Breakfast was good, but an hour before it stopped it was way over crowded with other guests. Go early!"
