"The room was very clean; we were able to keep warm b/c the heater worked properly in combination with the ceiling fan. Would not want to be here at peak summer b/c there is no A/C. There was no coffee service or breakfast during our stay. They might consider distributing coffee makers to guests upon check-in; they hold take a c/c security hold, so why not issue coffeemakers? The tub drained slowly so that was a little annoying. Other than that, parking was right outside and property was quiet. "

"We really like this place, this was our second time staying and it may be our preferred place to stay at Ocean Shores. We love that it is pet friendly and we like the canoe rentals. While the rooms are older we like the cozy home like feel but if you are not able to manipulate the tight spiral staircase to the bedroom or tight bathroom spaces it would be a challenging place to stay."

"First, the room was absolutely clean and I loved how pet friendly this was. However, there is not someone at the front desk after 10 pm for complaints about noisy dogs. The furniture was falling apart due to age and the bed was like laying on concrete. This property definitely is due for some TLC."

"It’s a no frills stay but the room is clean, quaint, and cutely decorated. Check in/check out are efficient. Perfect location within walking distance of restaurants and shops. We hope the bar next door reopens soon. "

"Love the room! Spacious, comfortable, and very well set up. The bed was very comfortable. Close to ocean was a plus."

"We stayed in a 2 bedroom and the room was incredible. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the property itself was clean with nice outdoor area. The only downside for our stay was that the heated pool was freezing. Staff worked immediately to get it fixed. On day two we were told it was fixed but it was still cold so may have needed more time. Hot tub was great though. Will definitely come back and look forward to enjoying the heated pool next time!"

"Website misleading pool hot tub across street no housekeeping unless requested restaurant no longer offers breakfast. Little disappointed. Room seemed newly renovated so very cozy comfy Beautiful sunsets!!! Pet friendly he was actually relaxing as much as we were with the sounds of ocean and birds lovely 😍 moclips farther north of ocean shores so very quiet not all the noise from spring break 😉 not a lot eating options as in shores. Glad we visit the area Seabrook beautiful. When i came with parents 40 year's ago always wanted to revisit. One thing they should change b4 heat of summer. Poop trash at bottom of stairs disgusting smell."

"Clean rooms, pool and and property overall. Steven at the front desk is very kind and accommodating. Their breakfast was very lackluster and lacking. Everything was so from a box and nothing made from scratch. We would have appreciated something besides premade waffle batter like bacon, sausage or eggs; however, the price was good. Hopefully Steven is paid his proper pay including overtime as he was stuck working around the clock as managers were out of town for several weeks. "
