"The hotel is a lovely boutique property with comfortable rooms and a friendly staff. Parking is onsite and easy to access. Breakfast is easy with carry out boxes you can take to your room. The hotel is situated in the heart of downtown with shops and restaurants all within walking distance. It can be a little bit noisy at night because of street traffic but overall this is a great hotel with lots of amenities. "

"We enjoyed our stay here and plan to come back next January and stay for more than two nights. It's a block off the main drag, which means it is quieter, but walking distance to some great restaurants. The pool area is clean and has lots of umbrellas for shade. The room had some nice extras...a fridge and microwave, as well as the important Keurig. The bed was comfy. The air/heating unit is a little loud but those usually are. It was fine. "

"Was told there was no airport shuttle but saw one outside of hotel after arriving.
Staff is very friendly and prompt to contact you or say hello. Rooms are dated and a bit dark, but clean and functional. Bed is very comfortable. Pool is also dated, but clean and towels were always available."

"It was a combination of things that resulted in this score including a non-functional outlet at the bathroom vanity and exterior lights at the entry door and patio that were off for the duration of our stay that created a safety concern. Other things like nowhere to put your suitcase or even drinking glasses plus only two bath towels were provided for the duration of our three-night stay. All these items were brought up to the management team but there was no resolution by the time we checked...

"Staff were wonderful and the grounds are very nice, but our room was horrible. It used to be a great place to stay, but there is zero decor on the walls, our bathroom door wouldn’t even close, and the couch in our room reminded us of something from IKEA. For over $600 a night, we expected to at least have some type of view, but nothing and the windows had film on them so you couldn’t see out. It’s like being in a motel! "
