"Our room was advertised as a two bed two bath, but only had one bathroom. Hotel staff stated it had been mid-advertised by the third party I went through. No resolve. The pool and pool area were very nice and clean. The room was very nice. No tv in bedroom. Overall, it was a good experience. "

"Maria the Irish Sassy Sensation at the front desk welcomed us with a glass of rose, then showed us to our fun bungalow room in this historic hotel.
The hotel definitely has seen the ages but you can tell it’s been well loved. The mountain views, easy access location to all that downtown Palm Springs has to offer. Also, Queer community friendly."

"This is the second time I've stayed here & unfortunately, the upkeep has slipped. For the price point, I expected far more. The pool was full of bugs and leaves, the hot tub water was grimey and white, the TV in my room didn't work and the breakfast offerings were undercooked. "
