"There was blood splattered on the ceiling and shower curtain rod over the tub. Tiles around the tub were missing. There was no hairdryer. I was ogled by worker men whenever I went in or out of my room. The mattress was worn & uncomfortable, the a/c unit was dirty and rattled, and the stairwell leading to my room was gross. I got a refund and found another hotel instead."

I went downstairs to show the staff the pictures and they said to go back in the morning and complain to management. When I went to check out in the morning, there was no management available. So here’s my complaint. I wasn’t overly upset about this, but I wanted the hotel to be aware that your Housekeeping did not clean every surface...
