"Disappointing stay due to construction and poor communication. Booked for 6 nights for visiting family and the beach from out of state.
Construction noise disrupted our sleep for the first three nights. Staff initially said the room would be compensated, but this never happened. I requested a quieter room and was told construction was occurring on both sides, so moving would not help. I later had to initiate another request before we were finally transferred.
The bedroom also had no air...

"The room looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time!! Kitchen was dirty and had seen better days! Full size refrigerator with rust and broken shelving. The floor is so unleavel and sloped, it feels like your in a crocked house attraction!! Black sheets and one black towel..made me wonder how they were sanatized...if at all. The bed smelled of urine. The floor was so dirty i put our 1 towel on the floor to walk on. There were used squirt bottles of shop and shampoo in the bathroom...
