"Mary Jane (Overnight Front Desk Agent) was OUTSTANDING. She was polite, friendly, courteous, professional and she made sure I was welcomed upon arrival during the excellent check in process. I stayed in Room 721 (on January 10th) for 1 night and my hotel stay in the well furnished room with stunning views was absolutely amazing. "The over all stay was great! The room was available as soon as we arrived and smelled and looked clean. It was convenient to have the 2 beds and 2 baths. I was able to bring my pets for an added fee which I thought was reasonable. The staff was courteous. I would definitely stay here again. "

"We’ve stay here several times and have been satisfied each time. Though there was some issues where we have to change rooms three times but was pleased with how we were treated and taken care of. We will definitely be back. Amazing breakfast and very peaceful environment. "

"Oh my goodness double tree is one my favorite and best hotel ever. Rooms service was super great. Customer service also great. Environment was so clean and fresh. My room was fresh and clean at all time. I did not regret my staying at Doubletree at all.
My only problem was the price of parking 32 Dallas pa night. Please double tree, on behalf of will the customers can you guys please reduce the price of the parking please God bless.
