"No closet to hang clothes. Need instructions on how to use the tv. Had 2 remotes and no explanation as to what to do with them. Manage to turn it on but difficulty in finding a channel. Eventually just turned it off. Rooms had wooden floors so can hear the occupant next door move the desk chair. Load scraping noise across the floor each time they moved. Truck parked in front of our unit that turned on and rev the big engine at 6am. Ok just to stay 1 or 2 nights but not longer. Some...

"Nice and relaxed vibe at this hotel. The hotel and staff are nice and the breakfast is generous. The bar area was simple but had a good vibe, also my teenage son enjoyed staying there till late after the NBA games :-) Location is very good if you want to stay near the water and piers."

"The chocolates they had on hand , were horrible.., that were sent up to my room. The tastes were too strange. I threw 1/2 away or spit them out. Choose better chocolates. The robot waiter was great. Staff were great. Property was small. Thought I was getting a view and I had a view of a wall. Driving into the property is tricky, I missed it 2 times. If traffic is behind you, and in a rush, you’ll miss the parking structure. It’s right at the corner.. and valet is 95$, no choice or street...

"Great room at a great price right next to the ocean. Minor issues included a poorly sized bathroom faucet which was hard to use without flooding the countertop and the floor felt sticky and dirty."

"I don’t know if it’s Expedia or the hotel, but we booked 2 queens, and those were NOT queen beds. When I asked the guy at the desk, he said they were. But we measured them! Definitely not queen sized. So just know if you are booking 2 queens, they will be full sized. Also, the room was pretty hot, and there is no air conditioning. The fan was very dinky and loud. No microwave or fridge in the room, just so you are aware. I don’t believe the description said there were, but I didn’t look...

"Clean and convenient! Great location, about 10 minutes from the airport. With an early morning flight, took me 30 minutes to drive to the airport, return my rental car, and be at my gate. Would stay in SF again!"

"It was frustrating. I had two main things I wanted to do: get some work done and watch the World Cup. The Wi-Fi was atrocious and I had to use my cell service, which was also pretty bad though not their fault. The TV kept needing to be logged in or would switch inputs or just stopped working. And then even though it was off, the TV turned on in the middle of the night, a bright white shining light, like a beacon for ships from Hawaii to find their way to the hotel. It made no sense.
